A beautiful and elegant ring inspired by nature, made with the lost wax method in my Paddington studio. Each ring is individually carved in wax and then cast in silver. First I carved the wax into the rocky shape, as well as forming the band, then it was cast off-site using recycled argentium (935 silver), then hand polished back in the studio. The matt finish is achieved by using a stainless steel wire brush, in keeping with the rocky look. This ring weighs 6g and is designed to be worn as a statement or stacked. Note that this is a handmade and hand polished item - it is perfectly imperfect! The ring is sized Q and the band is 3mm wide band, approx. 21mm diameter, and the rock is 10mm x 8mm x 6mm. If you are interested in a different size, I can make to order….it will be similar but not exactly the same.
